In anticipation of very cold temperatures beginning Friday, February 3, into Saturday, February 4, a Warming Center for all individuals will be available at the Lowell Senior Center, 276 Broadway Street. The Panas Training community room at the Dracut Police Department, 100 Loon Hill Road, will also be available as a Warming Station should anyone lose power and/or heat.
