A Split Study combines a Polysomnogram (PSG), where sleep apnea has been determined, followed by a CPAP Titration Study in one night. This is sometimes preferred when severe sleep apnea is suspected. Occasionally, the patient may have to return for an all-night CPAP Titration Test.
