Sherri Laffey Sarrouf

Sherri Laffey Sarrouf, is the owner of SLS Fitness Strength and Conditioning Center in Lowell, MA. Opened in 2010, offering the Merrimack Valley community holistic fitness coaching in a “whole-body wellness” approach to life, began as a 7,500 sq. ft. facility which, within 2 years expanded to an 18,000 sq. ft. center offering over 180 classes per week. SLS Fitness also manages corporate fitness centers within Network Drive in Burlington, MA, MACOM International in Lowell, MA and Maugel Architects in Harvard Ma. At SLS Fitness, Ms. Sarrouf’s passion for developing unique corporate fitness programming offers companies a new approach to wellness. Ms. Sarrouf designed and created MACOM’s new fitness center and incorporated their new healthy café partnering with Two Chefs Catering to bring MACOM new and innovative food options.

Ms. Sarrouf has also partnered with Lowell General Hospital to be its public educator offering seminars on the importance of fitness and nutrition.

Ms. Sarrouf is the founder of the Fitness for a Cure fundraiser to benefit ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis TN. Fitness for a Cure has raised $5.3 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital since its inception. What began as a $5,000 event in 1999 has grown to be a $607,000 annual event supported by a committee of 100+ volunteers and the Merrimack Valley/Lowell community. She has traveled throughout New England speaking to numerous groups, businesses and schools on behalf of St. Jude.
