Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Circle Health and Lowell General Hospital
As Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Sabrina Granville is an integral member of Lowell General Hospital's senior management team and oversees the entire Human Resources function. She is charged with assessing and refining human resources strategies and practices that are focused on strengthening employee engagement, workforce development and the integration of human resources across our growing organization.
Ms. Granville brings a wealth of experience in healthcare human resources to her role. She came to Lowell General from Elliot Health System in Manchester, New Hampshire where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. During her time at Elliot Health System, Ms. Granville led several strategic human resources initiatives including improved performance management , the development and launch of the organization's first HR portal and various other system improvements, as well as the development of wellness and population health management strategies for employees that helped create a culture embracing the organization's Live Better! Philosophy.
Prior to joining Elliot Health System, Ms. Granville served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Caritas Holy Family (now Steward Healthcare). She also previously held human resources leadership positions at Southern New Hampshire Health System and Care Group in Boston, MA. Ms. Granville earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gordon College. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the New England Human Resources Association. Ms. Granville has served on various community boards as well, including most recently on the Moore Center Board of Trustees and Human Resources Committee Chair as well as the Executive Team member for the American Heart Walk.
