Melinda Peloquin RN

I first became a certified group fitness instructor while doing fitness/exercise classes when I was 21- working on Hanscom Air Force Base at the Fitness/Sports Center in 1997! There, I did every class under the sun from STEP, to kickboxing, Boot-camp, muscle pump and my favorite SPIN! I’ve always loved exercise; As a gymnast and cheerleader in my younger years, learning to teach classes was an easy transition. I quickly realized the amazing feeling of helping others reach their fitness goals and become stronger physically AND mentally!

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Jim, and we have two wonderful boys Jamie (12) and Sammy (10)

As a RN at the Cancer Center, I realize the important role exercise can play in the road to recovery for patients and caregivers! Light exercise can help relieve stress, increase balance, stamina, overall mental well-being, and so much more.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge and love of fitness and well-being with our patients.
