Ms. Boles is the Operations Manager for the Pharmacy Department at Lowell General Hospital. She is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Ms. Boles rounds daily with a multidisciplinary team and is an integral part of the patient care process.
She has a master of science in microbiology from Tufts University, a bachelor of science in pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a bachelor of science in biology from Colby-Sawyer College. Ms. Boles is also an adjunct professor at both the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and the University of Connecticut. She has been teaching, precepting and lecturing for more than 20 years.
Before becoming the Operations Manager for Lowell General’s Pharmacy Department, she served as the hospital’s inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. She also served as the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator for Lawrence General Hospital, and prior to that, she was a research specialist at the MIT/Whitehead Institute focusing on the human genome project.
