$1 Million CHART Grant to Target Most Vulnerable Patients, Reduce Readmissions

Earlier in 2015, The Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) announced it would cover Low Dose CT (LDCT) lung cancer screening for its beneficiaries.
