May is National Stroke Awareness Month

Did you know that stroke – the No. 2 most common cause of death worldwide – is preventable, treatable and beatable? A stroke or "brain attack" occurs when a blood clot blocks an artery or a blood vessel breaks, interrupting blood flow to an area of the brain. When either of these things happen, brain cells begin to die and brain damage occurs. That's why a stroke should be treated as an emergency.

Community steps out for public health initiatives at Circle Health Ball

Merrimack Valley residents in need will gain access to healthcare, education, and quality clothing and necessities thanks to more than 600 guests who attended the 14th annual Circle Health Ball for Community Health Initiatives at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston on Saturday, March 9.

Circle Health Tewksbury is Now Open!

The Circle Health family of outpatient centers grew to four with the official opening of Circle Health Tewksbury on Tuesday, February 19.
