Healing Hearts Support Group (Virtual)

Join us for this FREE support group which will help people understand that there can be a rich, rewarding life after a heart disease diagnosis. Members listen, share their experiences and volunteer to talk to other heart patients about what they may face including lifestyle changes, depression, recovery, and treatment.

Whether you are recovering from a heart attack, had an angioplasty (stent) procedure, or an ongoing issue with heart failure, this support group can help you face these challenges.

Who Should Enroll?

Anyone who has had a heart attack, angioplasty (stent) procedure, or an ongoing issue with heart failure and their significant other.

Attendance is NOT required every month, join when you can!
