Are you looking for ways to relax? 

Stress makes us frustrated, ineffective, unhappy and it can even cause injury. Learn how to improve the ways you currently cope with stress by utilizing self-hypnosis and various "natural" techniques, such as relaxation, breathing, affirming and visualizing. Participants will explore techniques of relaxation, reflection, meditation, and quieting on stress reduction that utilize self-hypnosis as an effective reinforcement.
