Overcoming Binge Eating Workshop (a.k.a. My Hungry Head) — North Chelmsford

Overview

This workshop will help you distinguish the difference between real hunger and “head hunger”. Over 6 weeks, you will work on developing an understanding of the behavioral and biochemical process behind overeating. Classes focus on practicing new skills to manage urges to overeat. A small group format allows for weekly discussion and problem solving sessions focused on breaking the “diet” mentality, enjoying food, and maintaining weight loss.

This is a SIX SESSION program.
