The Endoscopy Center at Lowell General Hospital is a dedicated state-of-the-art unit for therapeutic and diagnostic procedures for gastrointestinal and lung conditions.
Comprehensive treatment for gastrointestinal conditions including disorders of the esophagus, stomach and intestine, diseases of the liver, pancreas and gallbladder, and cancer of the colon, pancreas and esophagus is available at state-of-the-art Endoscopy Unit. We also offer Bronchoscopy for diagnosis of pulmonary diseases.
Staffed with board-certified gastroenterologists and a nursing team with decades of experience in endoscopic procedures, the Center features a four procedure rooms and twelve admission and recovery bays for the ultimate privacy and comfort for our patients. A multidisciplinary approach for treatment of digestive diseases is achieved through close collaboration with Surgical Services, The Cancer Center, the Department of Radiology and other groups throughout Lowell General Hospital.

The Endoscopy Center is committed to providing compassionate care and support to patients who are undergoing an endoscopy procedure. The Endoscopy Center has an expert team of gastroenterologists, of whom all are board-certified, as well as anesthesiologists, registered nurses and clinicians with specialized experience in diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional endoscopic procedures and treatments.
