American Heart Association - Mission: Lifeline® EMS Gold Award

In May 2016, the Emergency Medical Services team earned the Mission: Lifeline Gold Award from the American Heart Association. The award indicates that Lowell General Hospital’s paramedics have demonstrated adherence to clinical guidelines to support better outcomes for acute coronary syndrome patients, providing the highest standard of care for patients suffering major heart attacks.
