Rugby? Yes! The world’s second most popular sport has made its way to the greater Boston area. The New England Free Jacks is the region’s first professional rugby team and Tufts Medical Center is proud to be its partner, keeping the players healthy and in the game.

As the official health care provider of the New England Free Jacks, the sports medicine and orthopedic professionals at Tufts MC are on the sidelines of every home match at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium in Quincy. In a game with terms such as “attack,” “maul” and “tackle,” it’s important to have the best medical expertise nearby as this explosive, high-contact sport is played on the pitch (aka-field).

Fans from all over New England will be traveling to witness the excitement and grit of major league rugby. New to rugby? Learn more about the sport here.
