The MIRI was very well represented at the annual Perinatal Research Society Annual Meeting Utah from September 29-October 1, in the beautiful setting of Park City.

Taysir Mahmoud holds the newly created position of Supervisor of Clinical and Translational Research in MIRI, OB/Gyn and Pediatrics to accomplish that task.

In order to further strengthen the connection between the MIRI and investigators involved in complementary work across Tufts Medicine and Tufts University, MIRI created the role of "Associate PI."

Dr. Jack Erban passed away on September 2, 2020 at the age of 65 after a yearlong battle with brain cancer. An internationally recognized oncologist, his memory lives on in the countless lives he touched and the science he helped advance.
