Kennedy Hosts Middlesex County Virtual Town Hall

April 13, 2020

Kennedy will be hosting a virtual town hall today featuring Karen Freund, MD, from Tufts Medical Center.

Committed to sharing COVID-19 updates and staying connected with residents, Congressman Joe Kennedy III will host a virtual town hall today for Middlesex County. The town hall is his second in a series of eight virtual town halls focused on the COVID-19 pandemic. He held his first, for Western Massachusetts, last week.

Today’s Middlesex town hall will be held today at 2:30 PM via Zoom.

For members of the press that wish to tune in, please RSVP at brian@kennedyforma.com. Kennedy will give an update on COVID-19, discuss his efforts in DC to provide relief, and address other topics of concern. Dr. Karen Freud, the Interim Physician-in-Chief at Tufts Medical Center will join Kennedy to help answer questions and share important COVID-19 guidance. Everett At-Large City Councilor Gerly Adrien will also attend the virtual town hall. Viewers are encouraged to submit questions via the chat section on Zoom.

In January, Kennedy held 13 town halls across the state, including two entirely in Spanish. These virtual town halls are a continuation of his campaign's commitment to accessibility for every person in the Commonwealth.

For members of the press that wish to tune in, please RSVP at brian@kennedyforma.com
