Healthy Recipes: November 2021

November 15, 2021

Satisfy your stomach with vegetables and classic comfort food.

As the leaves fall and we’re gearing up for winter, our registered dietitians have scoped out some one-pot comfort food dinners that will warm you up while providing a serving of vegetables. Adding bell pepper or zucchini instead of pasta in lasagna or switching white potatoes for sweet potatoes is an easy way to lighten up a classic and warm dinner.

What’s your favorite comfort food? How do you add veggies to it? Share it with us on our Facebook page.
