Fruit is a great way to add freshness to any meal and is high in nutrients like vitamins, minerals and fiber. Fruit can also help you stay hydrated in the heat. Since fruit is usually associated with it is commonly enjoyed with breakfast or dessert, but it can also be added to savory recipes for an exciting flavor boost.
