The Surgery Center and The Patient Service Center is on the first floor of 10 Research Place in Suite 206. Built in 1999, 10 Research place was the first building on Lowell General Hospital's Chelmsford Campus and provides a modern, comfortable setting for outpatient surgery and diagnostic testing.

The Medical Office Building provides care and support services such as outpatient testing, imaging, day surgery, therapy, and other supportive care. Staff and physicians including Merrimack Valley Cardiology, Orthopaedic Surgical Associates and Merrimack Valley Spine Center are located here.

The area's most comprehensive, medically supervised solution to weight control at the Center for Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery. Tufts Pediatric Specialty Center, offered through our expanded partnership with Tufts Floating Hospital for Children, brings some of the best pediatric specialists in the nation right to your neighborhood. In addition, 20 Research Place houses many of the areas most respected physicians, giving patients convenient access to testing and diagnostic services.

Take Route 3 South to the Drum Hill Interchange, exit 32. Take your fifth exit off the rotary for Route 4 North. Proceed on Route 4 North to the first right, Technology Drive. Take your next right at Research Place. 10 Research Place (The Surgery Center and Patient Service Center) is the first building on your left, 14 Research Place (The Medical Office Building) is next as you travel up the road, while 20 Research Place (the Center for Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery and Tufts Pediatric Specialty Center) is slightly further on the left.
From the South

Directions by Public Transportation
Lowell General Chelmford Campus is located on the Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA) bus route. We are served by Route #5 (Westford Street/DrumHill outbound), stop #4.
