The Lowell General Hospital Auxiliary Welcomes Spring with a Daffodil Tea

March 29, 2011 -- Lowell, MA -- The Lowell General Hospital Auxiliary presents a Daffodil Tea to celebrate the relocated Garden of Hope. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 13, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. in the Clark Auditorium at Lowell General Hospital.

An assortment of teas, tea sandwiches and pastries will be served. There will be a hat contest with prizes for most beautiful, outrageous and creative hats. Two handmade quilts by hospital staff will be offered at a silent auction to benefit the Cancer Center at Lowell General Hospital.

Advance tickets are required for this event and may be purchased from Paula Leavitt at or P.O. Box 138, Tyngsboro, MA 01879. Costs are $15 per person, $5 per child under 12 years old, teddy bears are free. Proceeds benefit the patients and services at Lowell General Hospital.
