Lowell Community Health Center (LCHC) provides caring, quality, and culturally appropriate health services to the people of Greater Lowell, regardless of their financial status. Over the past 37 years, LCHC has played a critical role in delivering healthcare to the community, bringing innovation in outreach to the many cultures that make up Lowell's population.
For more than 100 years, the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Greater Lowell has helped thousands of Greater Lowell residents, and generations of families, find the strength, the hope, the information and the connections they need when they are challenged with a longterm illness or injury. The VNA delivers exceptional professional nursing care in the comfort and privacy of patients' homes following discharge or when hospitalization is not needed.
By providing care in the right place, at the right time, our organizations work together to ensure the best in quality service for the people of our community. We are proud to work together every day for the health of those around us.
