LGH Point of Care CME Programs

Purpose/ Goals

Point of Care CME is fully accredited, structured, self-directed learning that facilitates provision of quality patient care and positively contributes to the knowledge, competence, or performance of medical professionals.

Participants choose their own subject matter as it relates to their practice and work at their own pace.

Instructions

To obtain AMA PRA Category 1 (TM) CME credit:

Choose literature that is impactful to your professional knowledge, competence or performance from selected medical literature databases.
Use the LGH Online Point of Care Learning Form to log your participation. The form is designed to assist learners in defining and articulating their educational needs.
The Medical Education Department automatically receives your form submissions & will upload your educational credit to the hospital's CME credentialling system. To ensure that you have received educational credit for your participation, you may request your CME participation records at any time by clicking here.

The estimated time to complete this program is 30 minutes.
