  • The "Brown Bag Goes Red" is an education presentation and speaker series that provides the knowledge and tools women need to make better decisions about their own heart-health and the heart-health of their families.
  • The "Go Red Gallery" is a unique traveling photo exhibit of women in our community who have an emotionally compelling story to tell of courage, endurance and the road to a healthier life.
  • The Go Red for Women: BetterU Nutrition and Fitness Program is a FREE 12-week online course that can makeover your heart. Each week will focus on a different area of your health and provide step-by-step guidance. You'll have access to everything from daily expert tips and an online journal to downloadable BetterMe coaching tool.
