Did you know that cardiovascular diseases, including stroke, are our nation's Number One killer?
Join us for a variety of screenings that help ensure good health and learn valuable information on keeping your heart healthy.
Healthy Refreshments will be provided!
Available screenings include:
- Blood Sugar (fasting blood sugar is recommended)
- Blood pressure
- BMI/body fat %
- Waist to hip ratio
- Cardiac risk assessment (risk for a heart attack).
- Full Cholesterol Panel (Fee:$10, must register)
We will also have information tables available on exercise tips, healthy eating, smoking cessation, sleep, stress management and diabetes!
