Meet our physicians and care teams, learn about labor and delivery and postpartum care, and hear from new moms about family-centered care at the Birthplace.


A guided form of yogic relaxation

IREST is a guided form of yogic relaxation done while lying or sitting in a comfortable position allowing for deep seated tensions to be released from the body and mind. Participants often report feeling refreshed and relaxed after a session and compare one session of IREST to getting 3 hours of sleep, providing extra support to cope with stress-related challenges.

Fee discounted to $56 for all 4 sessions

Sundays from 4:30-5:30pm in Hanchett Auditorium at Lowell General Hospital's Main Campus
