Itsy-Bitsy Moving and Grooving

Songs, baby signs, movement & laughter!

Studies have shown that movement is an integral part of a child’s growth and development. This fun interactive group will promote a healthy lifestyle, develop strong muscles and bone density, heart and lung fitness, while exploring new and different ways for parents and their babies to utilize music and movement to benefit development, attachment & bonding, and provide ways of supporting routines:

  • Sleeping routine
  • Quiet time
  • Balance
  • Tantrum taming

Itsy-Bitsy Movement & Signs will encourage your child to develop a healthy body, happy confident awareness, and creative spirit. This group may help children with spatial relations, improve self-concept, expand expressive language, facilitate communication, foster independence, and develop trust. The group is open to parents with children from newborns up to children who are crawling.
