It's many benefits include achieving better sleep, improved symptoms of colic, promotes relation and release of endorphins and aids with digestion. Classes consist of a one-hour session designed to teach parents/caregivers massage strokes for the arms, legs, back, stomach and face. Learn simple infant massage techniques that will strengthen your bond and relationship with your baby. Practice strokes on your baby while strokes are demonstrated by the instructor. Babies should be between six-weeks and one year of age.
