Celiac Disease and the Gluten Free Diet

In this workshop created for parents and childcare providers, we will explain what Gluten is, what foods and common everyday items contain Gluten, provide a list foods that are naturally Gluten free, as well as, ways to avoid cross contamination. Our nutritionists will be available to answer questions about food substitutions and ways to mainstream a Gluten free diet into everyday life.

Certificates of attendance will be provided for childcare providers as needed.
