In this class for teens, you will learn basic self-defense skills, warning signs of aggressive behavior and options about how to react. This class is open to both males and females 18 and under.
Fee: $10
Saturday from 9:00 am-1:00 pm

About the instructor:
Brendan Riley currently works as a Lowell General Hospital Security Supervisor. He graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice/Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is certified in the following areas: CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Monadnock Defensive Tactics Systems, Management of Aggressive Behaviors and Rape Aggression Defense Systems.
