Weight Management Mandatory Pre-Operative Educational Classes

The Center for Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery

Attendance at these group meetings will help you to prepare for weight loss surgery. You MUST attend at least five of these groups and then monthly for surgery approval.

All groups are held in the large classroom at the Center for Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery at Lowell General Hospital's North Chelmsford Campus, located at 20 Research Place, in North Chelmsford.

There is no need to register.

Mondays from 6:15-7:15pm

• February 4, 2013 - NIA: Moving Your Body's Way
• March 4, 2013 - NIA: Moving Your Body's Way

NIA: Moving Your Body's Way is an education session designed specifically for pre- and post-op bariatric patients. This session requires 30-40 minutes of gentle movement; it is not a passive, spectator session. Please wear loose clothing. Shoe are not required. You are welcome to bring a support person; however, he/she will be required to participate in the movement class.
