General Patient/Family Support Group*

This group is for any patient or family member who would like to be part of this educational group and discover ways to cope with the changes brought into your life by cancer. For questions or to register please call Meg Lemire at 978-937-6142. 

Meets the first Wednesday of the month at 4:30pm. at the Lowell General Cancer Center

Patient/Family Education Program*

This education program offers four (4) sessions on important topics such as: Support Services, Finances and Cancer, Nutrition and cancer, and managing side effects of treatment. Patients/Families may take one (1) or all four (4) classes. For questions or to register please call Meg Lemire at 978-937-6142.

These classes will be held on the first through the fourth Tuesday monthly

Caring for a Loved One

A support group for caregivers to help them cope with the stress involved in providing care to a loved one while attending to all other family demands. How does one "step up to the plate", attend to all family demands and not lose oneself? We'll talk about this and other related issues. Now What...Life After Loss

A support group for people who have experienced a significant loss. Group discussions include taking care of yourself, managing your grief, and moving on with life. Share your concerns, hopes, and fears. For questions or to register, please call Cammie Caron at 978-937-6129.

G.O.A.L. (Go On And Live)

This is a social group for patients and family members who have been affected by cancer in some way. For questions or to register Karen at 978-453-4363.

They meet every 6-8 weeks for various group events and outings.
