Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation Services provides Lymphedema ManagementOccupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, and Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapy to inpatients and outpatients of Lowell General Hospital.

Our experienced, friendly and dedicated staff of trained and licensed therapists and assistants is here to help you with a variety of conditions that impair your ability to move, carry out activities of daily living, communicate or swallow. These impairments may be the result of injuries, neurological disease, surgery, orthopedic problems or cancer.

Our staff works closely with you and your healthcare team to evaluate your condition and develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan to promote your recovery.

We are proud to offer our patients the latest in rehabilitation services and amenities. Our outpatient facility features a sleek and modern clinical space with private rooms and treatment bays for the comfort and privacy of our patients. In addition, hours have been expanded through the evening for the convenience of our patients.

We accept most insurance plans. Many insurance plans require a referral from a primary care physician. Please contact us if you have questions about insurance coverage.
