Intermediate Care

The adjacent Intermediate Care Unit provides care for patients who may still require close monitoring or be too ill to be on a regular medical or surgical floor but do not require the intense level of care provided in the ICU.

This newly renovated 18-bed unit, staffed by critical care nurses, has the state-of-the-art technology that enables staff to continuously monitor patients' vital signs while in an attractive and more relaxed setting. Patients and their visitors enjoy the newly renovated rooms as they recover in a pleasant, comfortable setting.
