Email PageComing to the Cardiac Rehab Center
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Center is located on the first floor of the School of Nursing Building at the Main Hospital. Designated parking for Cardiac Rehabilitation patients is available immediately alongside the building as you enter the Lot A Parking/Service entrance from Varnum Avenue.Gym hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Monitored exercise sessions are held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at designated one-hour class times: 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. Wednesday half-hour education classes are integrated into the monitored exercise program. Maintenance sessions are Monday and Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. or Tuesday and Friday at 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
