Pam Boucher G100 In 32 years, Pam Boucher has seen a lot of changes in the Radiology Department at Lowell General Hospital. Going from one radiologist and manual typewriters in the department to a team of more than three dozen professionals, new imaging technologies, digital systems, new diagnoses and even telecommuting have all changed the pace and style of work. However, with the growth of the hospital, Pam still feels her co-workers are like family and their teamwork, a big part of why she enjoys working at Lowell General.

With day shifts and night shifts and working off-site, her group still finds ways to stay connected, consulting with each other for help and support and getting together outside of work. They have come to be good friends on and off the job.

Through the growth and change over three decades, Pam Boucher has been making a difference at Lowell General Hospital.
