Dear Friends,
It is difficult to believe that nine months have passed since our merger with Saints Medical Center was finalized. We have made great progress in bringing our new organization together, by integrating programs to ensure that we are positioning our services to best meet your needs.
A great example of these efforts is our new combined cancer program. Now based at our main campus on Varnum Avenue, The Cancer Center unites the rich history of both Saints and Lowell General, providing comprehensive cancer services and one dedicated clinical staff focused on improving our patients' health and quality of life.
Learn more about our upcoming 14th Annual TeamWalk for CancerCare which will be held on Sunday, May 19.
While much work is being done within our hospital and satellite locations, we know that our responsibility to improve and protect the health of our community extends well beyond our walls. When our merger was finalized, we also introduced Circle Health, the parent organization for Lowell General Hospital, the Lowell Community Health Center, Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Lowell (VNA), the Greater Lowell Health Alliance and our community of physicians. Great collaboration is happening across Circle Health to ensure our community's healthcare experience is seamlessly coordinated.
