Helene ThibodeauHelene Thibodeau, MSN, RN, NEA-BC serves as the Vice President of Outpatient Services. She plays a critical role in assessing Lowell General's multiple outpatient locations and services and determining an integration strategy that positions these locations for growth.

Ms. Thibodeau joined the Lowell General Hospital leadership team following the recent merger with Saints Medical Center, where she held the position of Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety. She has over 30 years of experience and has a strong commitment to the healthcare of the greater Lowell community. Ms. Thibodeau has also held clinical faculty positions at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Rivier College and Northern Essex Community College.

Outside of the hospital, Ms. Thibodeau is an active participant in community organizations and events including board member for Women Working Wonders Fund, Executive Leadership Committee, American Heart Association-Go Red 2012 and Organization of Nurse Leaders.

Ms.Thibodeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She has also achieved board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Executive
