• PROVISION OF SERVICES PLAN OF LOWELL GENERAL HOSPITAL, Administrative Manual, Administration page, LGH Intranet.
  
• Professional peer review in the Medical Library Association endorsed Doody’s Core List, and for our business collection, peer review in Library Journal, or other professional peer evaluation sources.
  
• Web sites are selected on the basis of reputable affiliation, review in above source, MLA recommendation, ALA recommendation, or other professional peer evaluation sources.
• Recommendations from staff members.
