Freedom From Smoking
This eight-week American Lung Association program gives attendees the tools needed to end dependency on smoking and improve health and wellness. The class is offered for adults age 19 and older.
Fee: $30 (full refund upon completion of course)
Monday evenings, 6:00-7:00pm in the Service Response Conference Room (located on the 1st floor of the School of Nursing Building)
- September 27th - November 22nd (There will be no class on Columbus Day, October 11th)
